📅 Right of Withdrawal Period
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period is 14 days from the day you took possession of the goods.
⛔ Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery.
📦 Returns
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email). Please return the goods immediately, and no later than 14 days after declaring your withdrawal.
💳 Refund
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us).
The refund will be made within 14 days from receipt of the return, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
