Who we are – and why VITAmin exists

I am Martin, a therapist, specialist in gut and liver health, and the founder of VITAmin. VITAmin was not created in a laboratory – but in practice. From daily work with people who were exhausted, overwhelmed, or chronically out of balance.

I know what that's like myself: I was seriously ill, exhausted, and on the verge of needing an artificial knee joint. As a former gastro manager with 27 employees and 350 guests daily, I learned to function – but ignored my body in the process.

The turning point came only when I began to understand the connections. And with them: the power of the right micronutrients.
